it can create problem in breathing
it can cause lung cancer
it can cause several diseases
it can give raise to acid rain, when harmful gases like oxides of nitrogen and sulphur mixes in air
Air quality significantly affects the lives of people. Living in a pollution-free environment signifies a better quality of life, but do we really know how air pollution affects us and which parts of our bodies are damaged by each kind of polluting particle? Air pollution causes around seven million deaths a year worldwide. Growth and concentration of the population in cities, as well as the way in which we consume energy in urban areas through transport or heating and air conditioning systems, among others, result in the emission of huge quantities of gases that are harmful to our health. Main causes of air pollution Emissions from different transport modes, the burning of fossil fuels, industrial production, forest fires, aerosol use and radiation fare some of the main causes of air pollution. Such sources of emissions liberate gases and substances that are toxic for human beings, the most harmful of which are: tropospheric ozone (O3), sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) and suspended particulate matter (PM). How does air pollution affect our health? Our physical and psychological wellbeing is affected differently by the kind of air pollution we are exposed to. There are many organs and bodily functions that can be harmed, the consequences including:
air pollution leads to harmful diseases and its very difficult to breathe so we must prevent it by taking particular measures
Hey mate !!!
The harmful effects of air pollution are :-
1) As there is more hydrogen sulphide it causes us head ache.
2)It also causes many health related problems.
3)The plants can’t prepare their food properly because ,their leaves are covered by dust preventing them from exchange of gases.
4)The pollutants (chemicals) can also cause acid rains.
Hope it helps dear !
but including nature it also harms us
air pollution can cause ling related diseases
like asthma...diseases related to breathe of a person
hope it may help u..
i am not expert ..
but i fried..
plzzzmark as brainlest
sometimes when an air pollutant, such as sulfuric acids combines with the water droplets that makes clouds, the water droplets becomes acidics forming the acid rain.
when acid rain falls over an area, it can killed the trees, animals, fish and other wildlife.
when acid rain infiltrateds into soil, it change the chemistry of the soil making it unfit for many living things that depend on the soil as a habitats or for nutrition.
acid rain also change the chemistry of the lakes and streams that the rainwater glow into harming fish and other aquatic life.
