Health is one of the most important and the hardest thing to maintain in our lives. We maintain our health with a healthy and balanced diet.
Food is one of the main factors which determines our health. To stay healthy we need to consume fresh and healthy food. Doctors,parents,teachers and many others recommend to eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet consists of an adequate amount of nutrients,calories and fibre. Following a balanced diet is not only beneficial to your health it also reduces risk of diseases. Fresh fruits and vegetables constitute to our well-being and remove toxins from our body thus maintaining our health. On the other hand food containing chemicals or artificially made food like fast foods or junk foods degrade our health. Although greens do not taste as good as junk food they play an important role in improving our health whereas junk food influences our health in a negative way
Our health is mainly related to the food we eat. Thus, it is in our hands maintain our heath.
