How to do problem not answer i need process (3,4,5,6,7,9)

-2/9=?/9×7=?/9×9
so
-2/9=-2×7/9×7=-2×9/9×9
-2/9=-14/63=-18/81

See (i) part -2/9
in this the denominator is multiplied with 7 so you have to multiply with 7 in numerator also.
The answer will become = -2 * 7 / 9 * 7
                                        =   -14 / 63
same with second 9 is multiplied with 9 so we have to multiply 9 with -2 also.
The answer will be = -2 * 9 / 9 * 9
                               =  -18 / 81

Question 4 :-
See (i) part -7/11 , 49/-77
in this you will check that the number that divides the denominator should also divide the numerator.
The answer will be = 49 ÷7 / -77÷7
                               =  7 / -11
                               = -7 / 11
Hence,thy are equivalent.

Question 5 :-
See you to equivalent -2/7 with denominator -28
so you will divide -28 / 7 then you will get -4 after then you have to multiply it with numerator that is -2 after multipling you will get 8.
Hence, 8/-28 is the answer
